Typically, you will receive a Track & Trace email once your order has been picked up from our warehouse by the carrier, which may happen in the evening. Only after this point will your order be registered in the carrier's system, allowing you to track its progress.

To look up the shipping status of your order in our track & Trace system, you need to have your order number. You will find your order number in the email and looks similar like this: Order #41XXXXX
