Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Kooduu.com. This Limited Warranty applies to, and only to, physical goods purchased from the website www.kooduu.com. If you have purchase your Kooduu product in a store or website other than the official Kooduu website, please contact this reseller first before submitting a warranty and return request.

  • What does this Limited Warranty cover? This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Kooduu will repair or replace, free of charge, any Product or part of a Product that, under normal use and service, proves to be defective in material or workmanship.

  • What will we do to correct problems? Kooduu will either repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts. In some cases we can decide to refund you the purchase.

  • How long does the warranty last? The warranty period for physical goods purchased from www.kooduu.com is 2 years from the date of purchase. A replacement physical good or part resumes the remaining warranty of the original physical good or 180 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

  • What is not covered by this Limited Warranty? This limited warranty does not cover problems caused by: Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not due to defects in materials or workmanship

  • What must you do? To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us and have your Kooduu order number ready, to determine the problem and the best solution for you. So please fill in the Return Request form and we will start the warranty process and get back to you as soon as possible. (normally we respond within 1-2 business days)

Register your product for extended warranty service

After you purchase your product, we recommend that you register it. By registering your product, you will be able to take advantage of the extended warranty service if you need it. Your information, combined with your purchase information, is already in our system. This speeds up the warranty process.

Return costs when returning defective product(s)

Kooduu complies with Dutch laws and regulations regarding returns and refunds. The costs of returns from your location to our location are covered by this policy. This means that you don't pay any shipping costs.

Return costs when you are not satisfied

NOTICE: If you return or exchange a product within the 30-day cancellation period without any problems, you will be responsible for the shipping costs from your location to our location in the Netherlands. We pre-pay the return costs (estimated at € 9.95) and deduct this from your refund amount.

For Example: You bought a Synergy for €159.00 and after 2 weeks you want to return the product because you are not satisfied, than you return the product and we deduct the costs for returning from your refund amount. In this case you will be refunded with € 159.00 -/- € 9.95 = € 149.05
